Flint is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that generates personalised daily workout briefs based on user inputs. Flint is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
3. Health Disclaimer
The workouts and coaching notes generated by Flint are for general fitness purposes only. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. Flint accepts no liability for injury or harm resulting from following generated workout content.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Flint. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Flint offers a free tier with limited brief generations and a Pro subscription at $7.99/month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Flint reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within Flint is owned by Flint and may not be reproduced without permission. Workout briefs generated for you are for your personal use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Flint is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flint after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
