1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and profile details such as age, fitness level, weight, and training preferences. We also collect data generated through your use of Flint, including workout briefs, exercise logs, and daily check-in inputs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to generate personalised workout briefs, improve the coaching experience over time, manage your account and subscription, and communicate with you about your account when necessary.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — Flint never stores your payment card details directly.
4. AI Processing
Your daily check-in inputs and profile data are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your workout brief. This data is processed in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Flint: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider maintains their own privacy and security standards.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@getflint.coach.
7. Cookies
Flint uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@getflint.coach. If you are located in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under GDPR.
9. Children's Privacy
Flint is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
